Lacasasink.com is the official e-commerce platform of Lacasa Sink Online (A Brand of Classic Ceramics), offering premium products category like Handmade Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink, Brass Faucet, directly from the manufacturer. The products displayed are for Home & Personal Use and to be purchased within India only.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a legal guardian to make purchases on CarysilShop.com.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel or refuse any orders based on incorrect pricing or information.

4. Orders & Payment

  • • All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, supporting major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
  • • Lacasasink.com reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with full refunds issued if applicable.

5. Shipping Policy

  • • We offer free shipping across India.
  • • All orders are dispatched from our Factory based out of Morbi, Gujarat.
  • • Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to logistics issues, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request re-shipping by paying additional shipping charges.
  • • For a smooth and secure delivery experience, please keep an OTP or a government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar card) ready for verification. This helps ensure successful delivery and avoids any chance of return.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been shipped.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Morbi, Gujarat.

11. Indemnity

Lacasasink.com shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, governmental actions, etc.

Products sold via Lacasasink.com are strictly for personal use. Any resale or commercial use without written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.
